Nutrition Therapy for
Eating Disorders
As your dietitian, my goal is to help you heal from your eating disorder or disordered eating wherever you fall on the spectrum. I work with clients experiencing anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, avoidant-restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID), orthorexia, or anywhere in-between. I recognize that eating disorders not only come in all shapes and sizes, but all ages, races, gender expressions, sexualities, abilities, and life experiences. I know every person's eating disorder is different and want to support you in your specific experience whatever that looks like.

Seeing a dietitian for your eating disorder can be scary. I promise I'm not the food police! Your visits may involve meal plans and food journaling if that is helpful for you, but I will always meet you where you are at. My goal is to help you learn how to eat again from a collaborative place. It's not just about what and how you eat, but also healing the whys behind it.

Approaches may include nutrition education, intuitive eating, mindfulness, embodiment strategies, cognitive approaches, body acceptance work, and more. All nutrition counseling is trauma-informed.
