Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS) & Other Dysautonomias

Have you been diagnosed with Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), Orthostatic Hypotension (OH), or another dysautonomia? Did you start experiencing lightheadedness, dizziness on standing, a racing heart, headaches, exercise intolerance, and/or digestive troubles after catching COVID? I work with clients experiencing dysautonomia to better manage their symptoms through nutrition & lifestyle changes.

I began learning more about POTS & other dysautonomias in 2022 after several of my clients at the time were diagnosed or experiencing symptoms. I soon discovered that lifestyle management of POTS is so much more than just hydration & sodium! I work with clients to help them better understand their condition and navigate their specific constellation of symptoms and triggers so they can have a more functional life.
